The Wadsworth Atheneum is the oldest public art museum in the United States. It is also recognized in the national register of historic places and has a estimated value of over $1 Billion dollars in contents. We were tasked with lifting 5 20,000 pound air handling pieces over the main building at a radius of over 120 feet from the crane. Once on the roof the airhandler would be mated together by our riggers so the equipment could be made mechanically functional by the HVAC contractor.
